🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as:

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• All tags are still attached
• It’s returned with the original packaging

❌ Items Not Eligible for Return

• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
• Socks, underwear, and headwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom or limited-edition drops (unless faulty)

🔁 Need a Different Size?

No problem! If your fit isn’t perfect, you can request an exchange for a different size (subject to availability).
Just email us at support@2bgod.com and we’ll get it sorted.

💵 Refunds

If you prefer a refund, we’ll process it to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we’re not responsible for lost returns.

📦 How to Return

1. Email us at support@2bgod.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We’ll send return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack your item securely and send it back.
4. Once received, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 2–5 business days.
