Refund Policy
At 2BGOD, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If you’re not feelin’ your order for any reason, we’ve got your back — read on for how we handle refunds, returns, and exchanges.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags are still attached
- You have proof of purchase
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale/clearance items
- Underwear or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you’ll get an email confirming your refund status. If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to hit your account
⚠️ Faulty or Wrong Items?
If you received the wrong product, or there’s a quality issue:
- Snap a few clear photos of the issue
- Email us within 5 days of receiving your order at support@2bgod.com
- We’ll sort it out fast — either with a replacement, store credit, or full refund
🚫 No Refunds on:
- Change of mind purchases (unless item is returned in perfect condition)
- Late delivery caused by postal/courier delays
- Unauthorized returns or items sent back without contacting us first
📬 How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@2bgod.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll send you the return instructions
- Ship the item back to our Adelaide HQ
- Wait for the confirmation & refund process
